Log in to your account. Navigate to your Order History, click into your order, select "Manage Order", and "Modify Payment".
If you have use credit card, please, insert your email and the last 4 digits of the credit card number you have previously used to place the pre-order; submit by clicking on "Validate".
If you have used a PayPal Account, please, insert your PayPal email and the email you have previously used to place the pre-order; submit by clicking on "Validate"
NOTE: Only you will be able to make your own updates or changes to payment methods. Our Customer Support team will not be able to change payment methods on your behalf, regardless if you have placed the order using a registered account, or as Guest.
Additionally, you can only update or change the payment method for pre-order item(s) that have yet to be charged. Moreover, you can only update or change the payment method from a credit card to another credit card, or from a PayPal account to another PayPal account. You will not be able to change your payment method from a credit card to PayPal or vice versa.
