For orders containing pre-order item(s) only, you will be charged once the item(s) is in our warehouse and is about to be dispatched.
If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, you will be charged for your total order as soon as the first pre-order item becomes available for dispatch.
Please refer to the respective product description pages and/ or your order confirmation email for the estimated shipping dates.
You will receive email notifications before we charge your preferred payment method. To avoid delays in processing your order, please kindly check and ensure that the payment details you've previously provided are still accurate.
For orders containing a mix of pre-order item(s) and at least one item that is in stock and immediately available, you will be charged for your total order as soon as the order is accepted and processed.
