In all other circumstances (including when you are exercising your right to change your mind), you will need to pay the costs of return for the products. The costs will be subject to the carrier and location of where you'd be shipping from.
However, Hasbro will pay and absorb the costs of return if you have:
a) received an item with damaged packaging
b) received a defective or misdescribed item
c) received a duplicated item and/ or order
d) received a wrong item
e) we told you of a material change to the products and/or services, a major error in pricing or description, or a significant (more than one month) delay in delivery due to events outside our control
