For orders containing at least one item that is in stock and immediately available, you will be charged for your total order as soon as the order is accepted and processed. This also applies for orders containing a mix of in stock and pre-order items.
For orders containing pre-order item(s) only, you will be charged once the item(s) is in our warehouse and is about to be dispatched.
If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, you will be charged for your total order as soon as the first pre-order item becomes available for dispatch.
We will start charging you around 11 days in advance from the estimated shipping date. Please refer to the respective product description pages and/ or your order confirmation email for these estimated shipping dates.
For HasLab crowdfunded projects, you will only be charged if the project is successfully backed and going into production, and approximately 5 days after the end of the Project Backing Period. If the project is not successfully backed, you will not be charged.
You will receive email notifications before we charge your preferred payment method for pre-order and crowdfunded products. To avoid delays in processing your order, please kindly check and ensure that the payment details you've previously provided are still accurate.
