Enjoy free delivery if you spend above RM289, in each shipment order*. Otherwise, the standard delivery cost for a shipment order below RM289 will be RM26.90.
You may also incur an additional nominal handling fee at RM9.90 for select bulky items. This nominal handling fee is a separate charge from the standard delivery cost.
For example, if you purchase a bulky item that costs RM250 in a single shipment order, you would incur both a standard delivery cost of RM26.90 (since it’s below RM289) and an additional nominal handling fee of RM9.90.
If you have multiple items in your order with different estimated shipping dates, and have chosen consolidated shipping, free shipping applies once your order is above the minimum order value.
If you have multiple items in your order with different estimated shipping dates, and have chosen to receive separate shipments, the minimum order value for free shipping will be based on the total value of each shipment. E.g. you may enjoy free shipping on your first shipment (above minimum order value), but not on the second (if below minimum order value).
Delivery costs will also vary based on the number and size of items in the order, as well as whether you have chosen to ship the items separately or in a consolidated package.
