If an error has occurred during your payment process, please check your email inbox for any "Order Confirmation" email. You will received a confirmation email if your payment has successfully gone through.
Please kindly check all folders within your inbox, including the Spam/ Junk folder. If you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions inbox.
Additionally, if you've placed your order using a registered account, and your payment has successfully gone through, you will be able to find this latest transaction under your Order History.
However, if you do not receive any order confirmation email 30 minutes after placing your order, and it doesn't appear under your Order History, please try placing a new order again.
