For pre-order and crowfunded items, you may cancel or modify your order at any time before the payment has been processed.
- Payment for pre-order items will be processed when the item is received at our warehouse and becomes available for delivery.
- Payment for crowdfunded items will be processed once the project backing period has ended and if the project is successfully backed.
If you've placed your pre-order using a registered account, log in to your account. Navigate to your Order History, click into your order, select "Manage Order", and cancel the item.
If you've placed your pre-order as Guest, go to your confirmation email, and click the link provided under "Do you need to update your order?". Select "Manage Order" and cancel the item.
NOTE: If you have an order containing more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, you can only cancel or modify your order at any time before the payment has been processed — this happens when the first pre-order item in your order becomes available for delivery.
For orders containing in stock items, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order once confirmed at checkout. This also applies for orders with a mix of both in stock and pre-order items. You must contact our Customer Support team here for any attempts at changing or modifiying your order.
For any items that are in the process of being dispatched, you will not be able to cancel or modify these items in your order. You can only do so for those remaining products (yet to be dispatched) in a partially delivered order.
